2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Twenty Fifth Annual Meeting of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Scotland will be held at The United Free Church; Bank Street, Coatbridge, on Saturday February 11^th 2012 at 10.00a.m. for the following purposes.

 
To receive the Report of the Committee and Statement of Accounts and Balance sheet for the year to 31^st December 2011

To appoint the Auditors for the year 2012/2013.

To receive any notice of any motion signed by the proposer and seconder of which prior written notice has been given to the Secretary by 14^th January 2012 and duly placed on the Agenda.

Nominations for the Judges List, to be considered at the Committee Meeting immediately following the Annual General Meeting, must reach the Secretary by 14^th January 2012.
